B. How to : Submit the forms (1 and 2) below to the Academic Registrar's Team
1. Department Transfer Application Form (attached) : One copy
- Complete the application form
- Obtain signature of your parents, department academic advisor , the head of department/division ; Obtain signature of academic advisor and the head of the department you want to transfer to
- Submit the form to the Academic Registrar's Team
2. Transcript : One copy
C. Miscellaneous
- After the transfer, students must study in the new department for at least one semester (Article 6 of Guidelines for Department Transfer Students) to get the transfer officially recognized.
