Ethics and Safety
1. Background
- Academic circles at home and abroad have recently paid greater attention to research ethics, with the need for education on prevention of research misconducts being more highlighted than ever before.
- KAIST seeks to prevent possible accidents in the laboratories by providing students with safety education and having them conform to safety regulations.
- To this end, KAIST opens new online courses encompassing research ethics, safety management, sex education and leadership.
