¦ Progress

∙ The general meeting was held in the order of the opening declaration, special lecture of alumni president (4th Gyun-tae Kim), announcement of the passage report, and the discussion of operation plan. (see Attachment 1)

∙ At the opening ceremony, there were greetings from the alumni president and members representing major institutions (1st Sang Woon Shin (KHNP), 2nd Gwang Won Lee (KEPCO E&C), 3rd Joon Eon Yang (KAERI), 4th Jong Sung Yoo (KNF)).

∙ There was a seminar by the secretary general of NSSC (Jong Bae Choi) on the topic of expected nuclear policy changes following the recent activities of the environmentalist groups and the new administration.

∙ There were reports on the progress of the last board of directors, the election result of officers (5 presidents, 2 auditors, and 6 appointees), and the overall present condition such as the opening of the web-site, the management of address book, support plan for congratulations and condolences, present condition of fee payment. It also discuss the structure of branches and small groups of major institutions

∙ At the banquet, there was the toast from the department chair of KAIST NQE (Prof. Sung-Min Choi) and greetings from representative members of major institutions.
