Jaewook Kim, a graduate student in Nuclear Fusion & Plasma Lab, under the supervision of Prof. Young-chul GHIM, won the Excellence prize at the Korean Physical Society (KPS) 2017 spring meeting (Poster Session) in April. 19~21, 2017, which was held at Daejeon, Korea. His paper was titled “Estimation of the Kubo number of stochastic magnetic fields in BOUT++ edge pedestal collapse simulations ”. For the co-authors, there are Wonjun LEE (NQe, KAIST), Hogun Jhang (NFRI), H.H. Kaang (NFRI), and Young-chul GHIM (NQe, KAIST).
