Implementation of revised policy on dissertation evaluation process for M.S./Ph.D Degree​

1.Prospective Graduates in M.S./Ph.D. degree should submit a form of “Dissertations for Requesting Degrees (for evaluation)” before their dissertation evaluation.

1) A dissertation draft should be submitted directly to each of the dissertation committee member.

2) Deadline for the submission of the form will be announced each semester.

(Instructions for Ph.D. dissertation evaluation)

A. “Request for the Evaluation of Dissertation for the Doctoral Degree“ should be submitted to the department office by 15 days

before the dissertation evaluation after getting approval by his/her advisor.

B. Dissertation evaluation must be implemented when all the committee members are participated in the evaluation during the

“Period of Evaluating Dissertations for Requesting Degrees”, which will be announced each semester. A video conference can

be used to prevent the absence of the committee members and then the evidence of video conference should be submitted

after the conference.

C. Signatures or stamps of the committee members can be used in two hard bounds, and copied signatures or stamps can be

used in two soft bounds when the printed dissertations are submitted.
