□ 말레이시아 대표단
- Six officers from the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia
- One representative from CIDB IBS Sdn. Bhd.
- One representative from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), serving as the consultant for the project (myself)
□ 말레이시아 대표단의 관심분야
- Understand the governance structure for the nuclear power program in the Republic of Korea.
- Learn about the licensing and authorization process for nuclear facility construction, including construction permits and
regulatory conditions.
- Understand the regulatory inspection, enforcement, and compliance measures during construction.
- Understand the regulatory interface between South Korean authorities, licensees, and EPC contractors.
- Identify governance and regulatory oversight practices that could inform Malaysia’s future nuclear construction framework.
